Beaded Flower Newsletter 12/7/14

I usually wait a day or two to post my newsletter here after sending it via the mailing list. That's so subscribers have first chance at any sale items or special offerings. This is one of the newsletters I missed.

Crystal Beaded Flower Sconces on ebay
These are the simplest of beaded flowers being a loop around a large bead. Click through all the photos and you will see details. You could use 4mm Swaorvski to make the loop around a 10mm with a Swarovski flower margarita for the center. I've seen sconces and chandeliers similar to this in thrift shops. And I've purchased several candle stands with curliques to adorn with beaded flowers. Even if the quality is less than stellar you can easily spray paint it to hide the flaws.
Fashion Colorworks 2014 had 2 gorgeous beaded flower entries in the Beaded Objects And Accessories category. Poppies Bouquet Stand by Hiromi Takemura and Teacup Poodle Mini-sculpture by Yuki Tachibana.
